At Hapola, we hope you love the quality of our products but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

- We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags still attached.

- You must inform us of the return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or accessories unless they are faulty.

 2. Refund Process

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 'admin@hapola.co.uk'.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

 3. Non-Refundable Items

- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

- If as part of a promotional offer, you receive a 'free' item, this must be returned in original condition if the purchased goods, as part of that purchase, are returned. 

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

 4. Shipping Costs

- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Please return goods using Recorded Delivery or obtain proof of postage just in case any items get lost in the post.

 5. Exchanges

- If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your exchange item is not in stock, you will be offered a refund.

 6. Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and either offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged item.
