Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully for all the details regarding our current shipping process.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless stated (Pre-Order), where we will provide an estimated processing date. Order processing is the stage prior to the shipping process.
Orders placed on 'weekends' or 'public holidays' will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We currently offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
UK Orders:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked) : 2-3 business days
Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked): 1-2 business days
International Orders:
Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)
Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on the destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or adverse weather conditions. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed parcels once with courier.
Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Please note that during 'pre-orders' the shipping option available will be standard to keep costs down for yourself.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if provided). You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order.
If you choose for your parcel to be left in a 'secure place' or with neighbours, we cannot be held liable for stolen or missing parcels. You are then accepting responsibility for the safe delivery of this parcel.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders):
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
If you have any questions regarding customs charges or policies in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at admin@hapola.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your shipping notification/delivery.
